The Lancer Update and Lancer Sports Update are new ways that we will stay connected to you. These will be short, no longer than one minute and thirty second videos. The Lancer Update will feature news about the Capital Campaign project, what is happening in the classroom, student and teacher bios, information and features about different groups and clubs at MLHS, and much more!

The Lancer Sports Update will feature highlights from sporting events, coach/ player post game interviews, practice mic'd up, and more! Both of these are hosted online via Facebook and Instagram. But here is the great news, If you are reading this message you can see the videos. You are not required to have an account to watch. If you are prompted to either login or open a new account; bypass that by clicking the X in the corner of the box that popped open.

MLHS Call Update

On Monday (11/14) the Board of Control issued two calls. The first is to Mr. Matthew Meitner, who currently serves as a principal at First Lutheran grade school in La Crosse, to be our English, ESL teacher and Assistant International Coordinator. The second call is to Mrs. Carrie Ungemach, who currently serves at First German in Manitowoc, to be our art, foods & photography teacher.

On Saturday (10/28), the Board of Control issued a call to Pastor Brett Krause (left) to serve in our theology department. Pastor Krause currently serves as Zion, in Denver, CO. Please keep Pastor Krause and his family in your prayers as he now deliberates this new call.

Our Broadcasting Club is underway for the winter season as they prepare to livestream basketball. To raise money for equipment, they are selling commercials on the livestream for a suggested donation of $200 for the entire basketball season. This would include a full-screen business logo along with ad copy read on stream.

These sponsorships will help the broadcast team expand their production for future sports streams as well as other events such as concerts and graduation.

If interested, you can contact Nathan Gurgel for more information ngurgel@mlhslancers.org
