YOUR 2025-2026 Registration Checklist
Here you will find everything you need to know to get your student(s)
registered/enrolled for the 2025-2026 school year.

MLHS uses TADS for setting up tuition payments, and any incidental billing that takes place during a school year (dance tickets, hot lunch, t-shirts, field trip fees, etc.) Check your home email inbox for an email from TADS (email from support@tads.com sent the beginning of June) and follow the steps to pick your tuition payment plan and routing information for all incidental billing. WELS Enrollment
MLHS uses a Student Information System (SIS) called PowerSchool. A lot of schools in the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS) use PowerSchool. For this reason, the online enrollment form you fill out will appear as if it is coming from the WELS. That is correct, and that is what MLHS needs you to fill out in order to have it feed into PowerSchool. Since this WELS enrollment is being used for all kinds of WELS high schools and grade schools, we are not able to customize the form. Please answer each item the best that you can. Check your home email for the WELS enrollment. Contact mlhs@mlhslancers.org with any questions.
Before School Checkout
All items below are OPTIONAL to purchase
Laptop Protection- $35
(must be purchased before the laptop leaves school - please email or call the main office to purchase)
The cost is $35 per student per school year to enroll in this program. (non-refundable) The program protects against PHYSICAL BREAKAGE such as screens, hinges, keyboards, etc. 1st incident - $75 fee for repair regardless of the cost of the part (charged to TADS account) vs. full price for all parts & repairs. 2nd incident - $100 fee for repair (charged to TADS account) vs. full price of all parts & repairs. 3rd or more - $125 fee for repair (charged to TADS account) vs. full price of all parts & repairs. In other words, if a family decides NOT to enroll in this option program, they will pay full price for all repairs. An example would be the cost of a new screen is now $200. Full replacement of the computer is just over $350.
Hot Lunch Beginning Balance
Please email hotlunch@mlhslancers.org and request that your TADS be charged for the amount that you specify. This can be done at any time through out the school year.
Athletic Passes
Can be purchases in the Main Office at anytime throughout the school year.
$35- Senior Citizen/Student athletic passes are for adults 60+ and non-MLHS/Federation students and grant entrance to all home and away conference competitions.
$20- MLHS Student athletic passes are for kids in grades 1-12, but please note that federation grade school kids get a "Lancer Passport" that will get them into home events, and MLHS students get into all home events for free using their student ids. MLHS WILL BE GIVEN ONE FREE PASS IF REQUESTED. If lost, they must purchase one if they would like another one.
$85- Adult Athletic passes are for adults that are out of high school and under the age of 60. This pass gets you into all home and away conference competitions.
Yearbooks for 2025-2026 will be ordered at the start of 2nd Semester.
Watch your Lancer Express (the weekly school newsletter) for the yearbook order form at that time.

Forms
MLHS is part of the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA). MLHS and WIAA need certain clearance forms and releases for any student that wants to participate in athletics during the 2025-2026 school year. Go to: www.mlhslancers.org/athletics to complete the registration process. Your student cannot participate in any practices or games until it is all completed.
Is your child up to date with all of their required immunizations? If you are not sure, click here to find instructions on how to view and print your student's immunization record from the Wisconsin Immunization Registry. If your child is up-to-date, and you have already turned in an immunization form to MLHS in a previous year, you can skip the rest of this. If they are a new student to MLHS, print out the record and get it to the main office or email it to mlhs@mlhslancers.org. If you have a waiver/personal conviction, please fill out the bottom section of the form. Click HERE to print off the form and get it to the MLHS main office to have on file.
