Early last week we received word that Mr. Ben Kopczynski has accepted our call to serve as english and geography instructor, praise God for this great news! Mr. Nathan King received a call to serve at Wisconsin Lutheran High School as their International Admissions Director. Please keep Nathan in your prayers as he considers where to use his gifts to serve.
Miss Abbie Bosin is still holding a call to Lakeside Lutheran High School, in Lake Mills, WI to teach Spanish. Mr. Scott Loberger is still holding a call to serve in administration at Salem Lutheran School in Milwaukee. Please keep Abbie and Scott in your prayers.

HOST FAMILIES NEEDED
MLHS will have 15 international students this coming school year! Host Families are needed for the 2024-2025 school year. These students are coming from China and Spain. This is one-way MLHS carries out its mission in God’s Kingdom. We have an international mission field right here in our own backyard! In order to carry out this mission, it is important to have host families who are willing to love, care for, and share their faith with these international students. The international students’ families value the experience their children have in your homes and provide a substantial stipend to offset the costs of the experience with you. APPRECIATION CELEBRATION
"Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you" (Hebrews 13:7). At First German, we especially want to remember with thanksgiving the ministries of those who served us with the truths of salvation. We are celebrating anniversaries, retirements or those finding new roles in ministry: Peter Buege, Phil Miller, Pastor Norval and Kathy Kock, Leah Wolfrath, Carrie Ungemach, and Kelly Loberger. Save the date: June 2nd: worship of thanksgiving at 9:00 a.m. followed by a reception at City Limits. Tickets for the reception will be available beginning May 1st after church or in the church office during the week. Suggested donation is $12 per ticket.

POSITION SUMMARY: The primary objective of the custodian position is to maintain MLHS’ facilities (physical plant) at a level that provides a positive and safe educational environment and portrays a positive image to students, parents, friends, faculty and the general public. It is important that the HC and other custodial positions work closely with maintenance positions to make the facilities and campus operate smoothly; therefore, communication and cooperation are essential. Part-time Afternoon Preschool Assistant Position
Jesus‘ Lambs of Grace (2426 N. Rapids Rd., Manitowoc) is looking for one or more people willing and able to assist with the care of children during the afternoon hours of 1:00-5:30pm Monday through Friday. This shift could be split if we have more than one person interested. Loving Arms CCDC is adding to our family!
St. John’s Maribel- Would you enjoy playing like a kid again while sharing the joy of Christ with toddlers and being a part of their development? Do you know someone who would?
