October 2021 Welcome from the Mission Advancement Office Greetings from MLHS and the office of Mission Advancement (MA). We are here as a team to engage the MLHS community, supporters, and alumni. The MA Department has added Jennifer Dittbenner as our Mission Advancement Assistant to work with me in achieving our goals. We are both excited about working with our Alumni to keep you informed and engaged in the ministry of MLHS. This emailed monthly update is one of those ways we would like to keep you informed.

Alumni Homecoming Celebrations
Over 80 Alumni braved the rain for a pregame appetizer, socializing, and successful 5th Quarter Celebration Dugout Bar and Grill on September 25. Reunited and Feels Great!
With the easing of COVID restrictions, we are thrilled to welcome many of our Alumni back to campus for socials and tours. Last month we were able to welcome the classes of 1960-63, 1970, and 2010. Pressing On Toward the Goal
Hello Lancer Alumni! Our MLHS campaign entitled “Building Our Future On Christ” continues to move forward and ever closer to a start to the construction itself. To date we have received three million dollars in pledges and/or donations, which is a good start considering the unique challenges we’ve
faced since beginning the campaign. A 3-D version of the design for the building addition is now available to view. A detailed design will be created by our architect (Somerville, Inc.) in the weeks to come. Fundraising will be a major focus during the fall and winter months of 2021. Our goal for breaking ground spring 2022! With God’s blessing and with the support of the many dedicated members of our Lancer Family, we will continue to strive toward that goal. Please join the rest of your Lancer Family in the support of this wonderful opportunity. Pray for not only the campaign, but for our school’s ongoing ministry.
