The MLHS Guidance Department works with education & career planning decisions beyond high school.  Areas of focus include:

COURSE SELECTION AT MLHS Class planning throughout the high school years to meet needs for graduation requirements and career pursuits
COLLEGE From traditional to technical to specialty; including preparation, application, and admissions
CAREER GUIDANCE Resources available include job search, job shadow coordination, and online material
MILITARY AND COLLEGE VISITS In-person meetings between MLHS students and college & military representatives
COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS Introduction of and processes to apply for college financial aid opportunities
LEADERSHIP Summer programs, as well as community and MLHS leadership growth opportunities
TRANSCRIPTS Made available for college, employment, and scholarship opportunities

The MLHS Guidance Department welcomes parents and students to feel free to visit, ask questions, and set up an appointment to meet with Julie Nass (Registrar & Guidance Counselor) to help set education and career paths that best suit your God-given gifts, interests, and situation
